| "Unfortunately, there are times when all of us feel physically threatened. Usually the threat is more imagined than real, but that doesn't make the threat any less frightening. Our primary focus with Kyoshin-Sabaki is to teach our students how to respond
appropriately to such threats, be they real or imagined, and to ensure their safety. We are not about condoning violence, nor teaching people how to be aggressive. Our focus is entirely on defense, Hopefully, none of our students will ever find themselves in a position to use what they have learned with us – but, if they do, they will be able to acquit themselves well and resolve the situation rapidly. They will be as safe as they can be in that situation."

| There are no age restrictions, nor is there any exclusion on the basis of sex. Kyoshin Sabaki is all about mind and body, we start to develop the body in the beginning, the mind is clever and soon over runs the body and true learning begin's. A confrontation can mean verbal or psychical, sometimes it is better not to meet the situation head-on.
l am sure everybody has seen or been in a situation where, if things were approached with a different attitude, and words were chosen with more respect for the situation, friendships would still exist, families would still be together, people would still have their jobs, students would still be at school, to name a few. | |
